Welcome to Homecoming, a monthly women's circle at Bowerbird Flowers & Apothecary! This sacred Sunday experience includes breathwork, meditation, dance and ritual, all set to the backdrop of Sarah's 7 step Homecoming process. Each month will bring a new topic to support you feeling grounded, centered and more unapologetically yourself. All are welcome! This is an opportunity to build community, connect to your sensuality, learn supportive self-care practices, and be nourished by the beautiful space of Bowerbird. We gather on the 2nd Sunday of every month from 2-4pm. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal, as well as a blanket or cushion to sit on. Hot tea and chocolate will be provided!
