Delivery, Shipping, & Returns

We are constantly striving to provide an excellent experience for all of our clients and customers here at Bowerbird Flowers. Our intention is to delight and bring joy with each arrangement we create and deliver. Flower Deliveries 

Please be sure and give us all the information requested so that we can make the delivery as smoothly as possible. If the delivery is to a hospital, office or apartment complex be sure and include all details such as entry, building number or floor.  

We can make accommodation for some same deliveries, please inquire by calling the shop. 984-234-0024. 

If a delivery is made, and there is any question as to the quality of the flowers, the recipient should contact the shop to discuss the matter. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement. However, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. 

Cancellation Policy for custom event arrangements and concierge wedding services

We are unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and cannot be changed. All orders must be cancelled prior to 24 hours of delivery date; cancellation within 24 hours will result in 50% refund of total sale.

Events, custom and specially ordered items are to be paid in full a minimum of 14 days prior to delivery or pickup date. All payments made are nonrefundable for events, custom and specialty items. 

Deliveries sometimes can be affected by weather, in the case that Bowerbird Flowers is closed due to weather the sender will be notified and deliveries will resume next open business day. 

Flower Substitutions
Bowerbird Flowers and Apothecary LLC. reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received into our shop are not of the quality suitable for your order. If replacements are necessary the original color scheme will be honored and flowers of equivalent value will be used. Each arrangement is subject to flower availability and season.
